I have long been a believer in the practice of positive psychology coaching.  Rather than “fixing” what is wrong, it enables us to start where we are, identify and draw on our strengths and then use them in order to be the version of ourselves which enjoys a great sense of well-being.

Some of the ideas are to:

2. Be happy when others share good news.
3. Help other people.
